Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

> Conduct a meeting with related JO teams regarding new requirement of OSS.
> Management for system development (Vendor discussion, Infrastructure design, Requirement survey).
> Administration of change management for OSS tools which had been implemented such as TTS( Trouble Ticket System)/FM( Fault Management System) / PM ( Performance Management system)/ FLM, CLM ( Fiber Line Management and Copper Line Management system)/ IM( Inventory Management system).
> Plan/decide how to design new system and keep existing systems in good quality.
> Approve incident report from staffs and explain it to customers or related JO teams.

Job Requirements

- Certificate degree in a technical university (preferred)
- Prefer Software Developer
- Excellent communications& interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy
- IT Knowledge
- Must be dependable and trustworthy
- Must be self motivated, focused, and persistent
- Willing to learn
- Fluent in English
