Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

o Responsible for planning & executing operational activities related to Solution Operations involving all the file management & operations activities like updating shipping documents & customer invoices in the system, inform to shipping agents & suppliers for document cut-off time and follow up with them for missing or late documents. This role will need to closely coordinate with customer service, program managers, VAS team, and carrier booking team members as necessary to ensure that best in class service is given to our customers.
o Key Activities:
o Document checking & filling
o Document sorting per SKU
o Document scanning & recording
o Operational finance
o Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.
o Support customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling

Job Requirements

o Any graduate
o Good command of spoken and written English
o Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
o Customer-minded attitude is required
o Good skill of computer
o Team player – Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork
o 6 months of working experience preferably in ocean freight / SCM industry.
