• Develop a thorough knowledge of other Serviced Residences rates and locations.
• Handing check-in and check-out of tenants in a smooth and efficient manner.
• To be in-charge & provide supervision of housekeepers to ensure cleanliness of the serviced apartments.
• To be in-charge & provide supervision of Security Guards to ensure safety issue of the serviced apartments.
• To be in-charge, keep dates records and provide supervision of Maintenance Team to ensure Transformer, Generator , Lift and all M&E equipment in working condition.
• To be in-charge & provide supervision of Maintenance Team to ensure Main incoming water and water filtration equipment in working condition.
• To be in-charge & provide supervision of Maintenance Team to schedule the Bi- monthly Lift maintenance, Monthly Generator Maintenance, Monthly Walter Filtration Maintenance & Water Test, Quarterly Air-conditioning maintenance etc.
• To assist the Manager to liaise with contractors on any maintenance issues in the apartments & attending to guests’ requests/feedback.
• Liaise and maintain good landlord-tenant relationships to generate referrals & to obtain repeated business.
• To be in-charge & provide supervision of reception (front desk).
• To be in-charge of store item.

• 3 or 4 years’ experience in hotel housekeeping field
• Any graduate
• Can speak English for business.
• Can work under pressure.
