Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Handle clients inquire.
• Prepare contracts and other documentation.
• Respond to incoming email and phone inquiries.
• Make accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations.
• Assist to the accounting department to get the accurate monthly billing.
• Maintain and develop relations with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
• Manage the technician’s daily work schedule and customer’s complaint
• Maintain accurate customer records and contracts.
• Manage daily workflow of the company.
• Assist the sales team with the quotations and appointment.
• Performed all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner with established company
policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.
• Handle negative feedback and complaints

Job Requirements

Excellent Organisational skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
Fluency in spoken and written English
A minimum of 5 years of Operations and Customer Service experience
Knowledge of pest control would be beneficial but not required.
A high level of organisational skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
