Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Build customer relationships at operational levels within the customer and leading the operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and balance the customer’s needs with the company’s profitability.
• Lead a team of Operations to ensure and improve the standard operating system, process, and policies.
• Adhere to all bonded warehousing, handling and shipping legislation & custom requirements.
• Oversee day to day warehouse operational activities.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layout, inspecting equipment, including preventive and corrective planning for cost efficiency.
• Ensure that complete Health & Safety regulations are adhered the working area and by all operational staff.
• Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
• Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning staff; following up on work results.
• Monitor and analyze team and individual operations staff’s key performance indicators.
• Maintain operational staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training to work closely with HR department.
• Communicate and cooperate with other departments, internal and external customers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Logistics Management or related field is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience of Business Development experience in Logistics, Rail Transportation, Warehouse Management, Container Management with Minimum of 5 years in Management positions.
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Burmese.
• Skilled in all office software (FMS, WMS, CMS).
• Possess knowledge of Port & Logistic, Rail & trucking, Warehousing operations
• International experience would be an advantage.
