Operation manager is to run a store successfully. Working on the shop floor, they are in constant contact with their customers and staff. They are responsible for ensuring their staff gives great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.
• Reviews and analyzes sales performance of individual stores sales.
• Ensure all staff performance and provide Excellent Customer Service in the store
• Review store security log book to ensure completion and accuracy.
• Manage within allocated store budget for loss prevention.
• Work closely with other senior team members to understand the retail operations.
• Monitor loss prevention routines and procedures.
• Create a safe environment for staff and customers.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of company procedures and administrative system.
• Detect and prevent future administrative loss by tracking malpractice, recognizing abuse and taking appropriate action.
• Detect and prevent staff and customer theft by identification of methods used and monitoring high-risk areas/products.
• Ensure regular checks on store refrigeration units and other specified pieces of equipment and to undertake minor maintenance/repair work in store in order to contribute to the maintenance of the store premises.
• To ensure work being done by contractors are carried out in such way, which minimize disruption to store trading.
• To minimize the loss of stock by notifying wastages such as breakages on the shop floor.
• SOP must be in place and all employees must follow the guidelines.
• Manage Area Profit and Loss ( P&L )
• Manage Inventory as per budget.
• Fully responsible for Store Operation Excellence ( SOE )
• Minimize OOS in the store.

Minimum 5 years of Retail Operations experience.
Holding a bachelor degree.
Good Personality and excellent communication.
