KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Managing and controlling day to day operations of all sales divisions
- Manage all sales related activities covering setting and strictly monitoring of sales targets and ensures accurate delivery of products in all sales channels
- Manage all sales divisions and set their objectives by furnishing performance and feedback to Operations Director
- Liaise with merchandising, inventory, import & export and other supporting teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensure proper implementations of management instructions
- Lead and inspire large teams of people across all functions of the operation

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• Graduate and a preferable MBA (or) Business Management.
• An experienced manager with a background in distribution.
• More than 3 years working experience in FMCG industry.
• 25 - 35 years old.
• Excellent English communication skill.
• Excellent reporting skill.
• Proficient computer skill.
• Strong knowledge of customer service
• Strong knowledge of marketing analysis
• Strong knowledge of procurement and Food products.
• Ability to really engage and enthuse a diverse team in a time-constrained environment.
