Position PurposeThe purpose of the position to ensure smooth Corporate Disbursements and coordination with all stakeholders for settlement & reconciliations.III. Key Result Ares• Ensure Smooth Disbursements as per the disbursement schedule• The accuracy of the Disbursement & reporting• Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders for executing the smooth disbursements• Ensure complaints resolution and follow up with Operations team if any delay in complaint resolution• Follow Up for any pending disbursement• Provide Operational support to Corporate Clients & Internal Teams• Maintain Disbursement records for reconciliation & audit review • Support in ongoing System enhancement change request• Monitor adherence to and comply with defined SOPs/SLAsIV. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities• Coordination with all internal & external stakeholders for the Disbursements, Reconciliations, Disbursement reporting, Preparing month end reconciliations, follow up for the pending disbursements & Maintaining the disbursement record. • Ensure continuity of business at channel across MFS.• Agent’s onboarding within agreed turn-around time & as per defined rules. • Coordination & Relationship with DTR/FOFO/COCO network. • Proper record keeping/archival of agent’s documentation and agreements. • Ensure compliance with CBM directives and all SOPs/SLAs with all relevant support units.• Ensure all service requests are responded for the relevant workgroup within agreed turn-around time. • Responsible to manage MFS S&P team across Myanmar. • Agent’s reviews as per rules. • Maintain & Execution of Channel Training Calendar. • Maintain relationship and Sales & Distribution (S&D).V.
