1. To ensure all operation staffs to train and brief relative tasks.
2. To be responsibleall operation staffs ensure safety and quality of works.
3. To counter check and random check to all operation as needed.
4. To ensure all operation staffs are do not loitering and malingering in working hours.
5. To ensure all operation staffs are well trained and active in working hours.
6. To maintain the operation procedure and our environment are clean and secure.
7. To be perform emergency attendant when require and report to Manager.
8. To be perform good relationship with owner, tenants, neighbors and all trades.
9. To be responsible all tasks are complete in timeline.
