- Confer with customers by telephone or in-person to provide information about products or services, or obtain details of complaints
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Able to work with Day Shift and Night Shift rotation schedule
- To work overtime upon instruction from Manager.
- Execute any other responsibilities assigned by Manager from time to time.
- Support the events and activities if as necessary
- Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording detail of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken

- Any graduate.
- Must have one year of experience in the related field.
- Computer literate and good skills at controlling document.
- Must have Market knowledge, Phone Skills, Resolving conflict & Multi-tasking
- Obedient and able to follow instruction.

- Able to converse in English.
