• Creation of standard OSP project templates use and assist regional OSP teams to align and imposed standards; • Support creation of OSP Acceptance processes and documentation; • Ensure accurate and effective designs have been set up and implemented by OSP vendor according to standards and specifications; • Ensure that ACS OSP supervisors are equipped with the latest design revisions on sites and oversee that installation is implemented accordance with agreed design and minimum specifications; • Collect product information and share with relevant resources (OSP supervisors); • Ensure OSP implementation activities according to project plan; • Interfacing and coordinate all related activities of OSP vendor and subcontractors; • Ensure OSP installation completion and compliance to specifications, quality requirements and approved design by performing site acceptance visit for OSP part of assigned sites; • OSP checklist utilized in the region using latest template for all visited sites; • Ensure all found deficiencies are rectified by contractors within agreed lead times; • Ensure by monitoring, inducting, training and advising that contractors know and follow the agreed specifications and OSP processes. Escalate any deviations to Regional or Rollout Manager; • Ensure that OSP acceptance and quality control processes are implemented at site level by vendors/contractors; • Notify TI/RO Manager of any improvements to the processes, guidelines, documentation templates or other parts of the project plan; • Review and approve site OSP documentation for assigned sites; • Secure Health and Safety standards in the project;

Job Requirements: • Certificate degree in a technical university • Technical knowledge OSP rollout work performed byvendors/subcontractors covering civil works, cable implementation, commissioning, integration and acceptance • Quality Surveys and inspections • Project planning and reporting OSPInstallations works • Acceptance • Subcontracting management Desired Skills: • Technical knowledge of OSP cable route design • Technical knowledge of OFC splicing and testing equipment experience is preferred • Educational background on construction works and/or electrical engineering • Field teams management skills • Knowledge of specific hardware and software related with Huawei products • Thorough skills in using of essential SW Applications as MS Office • Fluent English
