Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
Responsible to ensure IT Systems have a High Uptime and meet business requirements by managing and monitoring vendor activities.

ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Ensure IT system and applications delivery & adherence from the managed services team.
• Ensure incidents, problems and service request are well documented and resolved within Service Level Agreement.
• Calculate and advise penalty to be imposed for non-delivery or delivery out of Service Level Agreements.
• Ensure performance report generation for daily/weekly/monthly network performance & statistics.
• Monitor reports/system improvement areas and highlight to Vendor.
• Strong coordination with suppliers to generate performance reports.
• Participate in cross functional meetings with business stakeholders.
• Change request validations for IT system.
• Analysis of system performance reports, incidents and service request reports.



This position is for Myanmar nationals only.

Job Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• University graduate preferably in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in OSS applications.
• Strong knowledge of Huawei NGBSS Applications.
• Knowledge in 3GPP, Diameter, Camel protocol, Provision, Mediation, DMS,CMS, ERP, PCRF, caching PA.
• Good Communications in both English and Myanmar.
• Familiar with the operational process.
• Familiar with the usage of HPSM, HP monitoring tools.
