Handling daily requests for outbound tour package from customer or other agents
Check customized program and work on next/ amendment/ cancel bookings as per requirements.
Create and ensure update database of customers with complete information and emails
Ensure customer & agent follow up at all time (Quotation & Itinerary)
Ensure customer inquiry and resolve within a day
Ensure maintaining customer satisfaction and customer retention

Monitor competitor’s product or services and create selling plan for own products or service
Develop new tour package, itinerary and quotation differentiate with competitors
Monitor outbound tour current popularity and customer trends
Coordinate to cost, quote & Itinerary with another country for customer selected programs
Prepare customized itinerary to suit the customer’s preference and budget
Create planning and appropriate communication with all the other countries
Prepare outbound tour packages for next travel season

Maintain and develop company’s website and Facebook page daily and weekly basis
Propose new marketing and advertising channel to reach current and new customers
Propose promotional activities
Creating customer positive word of mouth
Negotiating with international branch offices according to B2B & B2C inquiries
Managing and participating in fairs related to tour or others.

Book Hotel, accommodation, transportation, guide and VISA for the customer and ensure completion in time.
Arrange trips for agents and escort groups
Assist and update information & take responsible of customer during the tour
Airport assistant for full package customer
Ensure preparation of material for pre-tour package
Negotiate with ticketing department for customer requested dates and promotional packages

1. Bachelor Degree
2. Excellent Customer Service Skill
3. Proven experience in outbound tour operation
4. Experience in tour leader
5. English language intermediate skill
6. Total experience in 3 to 4 years in related field

Working hours
Monday to Friday: 8:45 am to 5:00 pm
Saturday: 8:45 am to 1:00 pm
