Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Draw up outbound tour itineraries & calculate costing
• Assist in preparation of sales proposals for current and potential companies/organizations
• Assist to Manager for regular sale calls to current and potential companies/organizations
• Handle customers’ requests for outbound packages & outbound tour operations for Incentive, Collective and FIT/Private Tours
• Advise clients on travel arrangements, e.g. travel destinations, passport and visas
• Keep clients up to date with any changes
• Deal with complaints or refunds
• Perform as a Tour Leader when necessary
• Weekly/Monthly report to Outbound Tour Manager

Job Requirements

• Degree in any field or tourism/management degree/diploma is more preferable.
• English proficiency is compulsory
• Well-verse in PC skills, internet and emails
• Strong experience in the field of Outbound Tour Operations
• Minimum 1 year of experience in tour leading abroad / overseas
• Sound knowledge and experience in booking international hotel rooms online/offline, airlines and visa arrangements
• Able to work independently, being proactive, take responsibility, handle client´s complains
• Outgoing personality with good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and short deadlines is a must
