• Dealing with correspondence and phone call for daily functions• Ensuring that the weekly reports are sent on time • Managing diaries, organizing meetings and appointments often controlling access to the manager/executive• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation• Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence• Managing databases and filing systems• Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients• Translation a variety of documents including office memo, meeting minute, legal, research and commercial issues• Interpretation support in English & Chinese languages
• Any Graduate• Diploma or certification in Secretarial Course would be considered an advantage• At least 3 years working experience as Personal Assistant to top management position • Proven experience in sales background is required• Proficiency in English (or) Chinese languages • Good knowledge of office management systems and procedures • Outstanding organizational and time management skills • Up-to-date with latest office gadgets and Microsoft applications especially in Excel• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload • Excellent verbal and written communications skills • Discretion and confidentiality
