• Monitors that all the work and activities are done in line with the safety and food safety standards. Collects all the data from the process-related activities together with the operators
and senior operators. Monitors the 5S, housekeeping, HACCP and order on the line.
• Monitors that all the work and activities are done in line with the quality standards. Collects all the data from the process together with the operators and senior operators.
• Monitors and supports the TPM way of working. Supports the implementation of the improvement activities.
• Controls all the packaging processes. Gives the support to the operators in case of problems. Ensures execution of the plans.
• Monitors if the machines are managed in desired way (standard working condition). Provides support to operators or seeks help from others.
• Executes the agreed plans and strategy. Collects the data about the operators. Gives feedback about the individuals’ performance.
• Collects and processes basic data and makes reports within the scope of the shift. Provides reports on higher level.

Job Requirements

Education & Other Qualifications :
• Preferably Bachelor level

Experience & Knowledge :
• Thorough knowledge of manufacturing/production/warehouse operations and comprehensive processes.
• 1 - 3 years beverage technological experience and managing of people.
• Ability to lead and motivate a crew of Packaging Line employees to accomplish any task.
• General knowledge of occupational hazards and necessary safety precautions associated with work.

Language :
• Burmese /Myanmar Language and English
