ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will be responsible for planning of the strategy for the partnership & distribution team and making excellent relationship with bank partners and DLMM stakeholders.

• Lead the strategy and planning function for the partnership with the bank
• Develop and maintain a close relationship with bank staff and management, especially at Bank’s HO and manage all communications with the bank and DLMM stakeholders
• Develop campaigns and programs in collaboration with the DLMM Bancassurance Sales Head and bank’s HO staff to achieve partnership’s goals and targets
• Develop budget plans for the partnership and ensure achievement through proper coordination with relevant stakeholders at the bank and DLMM
• Ensure that all tactical plans and programs have obtained all required approvals from the bank and DLMM and manage costs
• Develop reports and presentations for reporting to the bank and DLMM key stakeholders
• Responsible for liaison with any required third parties and regulatory bodies as required
• Work closely with the Partnership & Distribution Head/Sales Head, sales managers to develop required programs
• Ensure all corporate governance in the partnership are strictly adhered to

Job Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in business administration/Management or related discipline.
• 3 years’ experience in life insurance bancassurance planning
• At least 2 years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience (Required)
• Experience in assessment and analytical work will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Attention to detail & analytical thinking
• Strongly command in English
