• Plan, develop, manage and monitor overall of part operation
• To conduct comparative analysis on parts pricing to ensure brand competitiveness
• Engage with and support distribution network to achieve business targets.
• Support the job functions of Parts sale group, Train employees in company policies, department procedures, job duties, operational safety and to support the goals of the company.
• Documents and enforces sales policies, standard operating procedures and best practices.
• Develop pricing recommendations used market data and analytics
• Develop inventory recommendations using historical data and analytics
• Coordinate development of new and updated Recommended Spares Lists
• Answer calls and respond to customers same day, either by email or phone
• Quote parts and equipment rebuild recommendations
• Work with internal departments to meet customer needs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or Bachelor's engineering
• Experience to work at automotive parts inventory or inventory management
• Understand about inventory process
•5+ years of experiences in automobile and heavy equipment
• Experience in personnel management and proven team leader with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Very good command in English spoken and written
• Good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, Excel in particular
