o Handling the overall food production operation of the Bakery
o Salary up to 2,000,000 MMK

The Role

Responsible for overall food production and operation responsibilities.

● Overseeing the entire Bakery operations
● Monitoring food quality, stock controlling and maintaining international standards
● Managing, training and supervising team of chefs and personnel
● Reporting to F&B General Manager

Job Requirements

Requirements

● At least 6 years of experience in related field.
● Good command of English is a must
● Proven records of achievements in both Food production and operation are preferred
