•Maintains payroll information by designing systems; directing the collection, calculation, and entering of data. Updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, and job titles, and department/ division transfers.
Manages the payroll operations and benefits calculations for 2,500 ++
•Responsible for maintaining compliance with local employment laws.
•Manages and audits workflows to ensure all benefit and payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
•Responsible in all areas related to HRIS implementation project.
•Develops training documentation and standard data entry procedures for the HRIS & Payroll system; training of new system users.
•Supports other areas of HR Operations such as on-boarding, employee relations, performance management, and off-boarding.
•Develops ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed.
•Manages both internal and external audit issues related to HR Operations.
•Handles communications in relation to HR Operations to all levels of management and throughout the company.
•Responsible to set KPI and annual performance review through with other departments (Performance Management System).
•HR Budget Planning
•Reporting to Management all HR related issue.
•Liaise with government according to labor law.
