Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

- Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information
- Maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee files, assist with payroll, keep track of confirmation dates, maintain leave records and implement HR activities to improve effectiveness and efficiency
- Personal Income Tax, SSB calculation
- Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and additional allowance
- Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests.
- Alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well as on legal regulations
- Developing ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed

Job Requirements

- Any Bachelor Degree

- At Least 5 years experiences in payroll field

- Knowledge of HR policies, Laws & Regulation

- Highly Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Advanced Excel, Power Point )

- Data Entry Management, Reporting Skills, Compensation and Wage Structure, Benefits Administration,

- Good communication skills and analytical skill
