Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

To prepare, initiate and follow through to get ‘Import Licenses’ , ’Export Licenses’ , ‘MIC’s approvals related to Importation of Products and Materials ’,‘Customs Clearance Process for All Import and Export Products and Materials.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure compliance with regards to statutory licensing policies, procedures and/or regulations by preparing the necessary documents required for application of Importation of Products and Materials, initiating application and following through to approval. To keep relevant stakeholders updated of the application status and inform of any additional step or requirements to obtain the required licenses and approvals.

2. Maintain proper records of applications made, permits and licenses obtained , fees paid, and ensure that the permits and licenses remains valid.

3. Support to all related department / Team of PEAS and NEPAS to proceed for ‘Custom Clearance Process’, ‘Getting Approval for Port Clearance for Bunkering of Products’, Dealing with MPA and SAD for ‘Vessel In/Out’ to/from Myanmar.

4. Perform routine data entry or other office support activities, including creating, sorting, photocopying, distributing, or filing documents.

5. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Experience:
Candidate must have experience in ‘Related Filed’ the permitting requirements, standards, regulation and
practices applicable to the ‘Import and Export’ of Products and Materials
Experience in preparing report/documents in English and Burmese
Minimum 3 years’ experience in ‘Import, Export ,Customs Clearance ,MIC Approval application &Vessel Clearance
& Port Clearance
Successful track record in achieving tasks and managing and influencing people and working in a fast paced
environment.


Skills:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, excellent in Power Point and Excel. skills) and Must have Myanmar Language Typing Skill
