Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

*Assist MD to prepare meeting such as Management meeting, Board of Director Meeting and other meeting/ seminar agendas.
*Assist MD to prepare presentation, reports and other meeting materials.
*Booking travel arrangements and accommodation when necessary.
*Screening phone calls and dealing with enquiries where appropriate.
*Making appointments and planning MD's diary.
*Manages and arranges the appointment schedule for visitors, clients, and investors for MD.
*Perform other duties and official functions as required by MD .

Job Requirements

* Bachelor degree from engineering background and prefer also diploma in business.
* At least 8 years experience in Secretary/PA field
* English Language in interpretation /translation of Myanmar /English
* Age above 30 and male only prefer
* Excellent computing especially in internet, mail and Microsoft office
* Driving License and able to travel with MD if needs
* Strong interpersonal skills, flexible, and hard working with high patience.
*Able to work under stress situation.
