Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Acts as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Manages diaries and organizes meetings and appointments
  • Books and arranges travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organizes events and conferences
  • Reminds the Office Director of important tasks and deadlines
  • Types, compiles and prepares reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Manages databases and filing systems
  • Implements and maintains procedures/ administrative systems
  • Liaises with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collates and files expenses
  • Performs miscellaneous tasks to support Office Director (e.g. completes some corporate governance report or conducts research)
  • Received and resolves complaints via telephone, SMS, email

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • University or College Diploma in Business Management and Administration
  • 2 years’ relevant experience in related position
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Command of the German language will be considered an advantage
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
