An Excellent Opportunity for ...

Overall Responsibility
- Provides general personal secretarial support to the Supervisor
- Attends all meeting together with the Supervisor and provides him all necessary support
- Receives and responds to email messages, phone calls on behalf of the Supervisor by following his instructions
- Arranges and organizes the Supervisor's calendar, meeting schedules and appointments
- Attends the official dinner with the Supervisor and provides the necessary support
- Arranges travel arrangement for the Supervisor and visitors (ticket booking, hotel booking, car arrangement, etc)
- Makes pre check-in/ immigration check-in / baggage collection at the airport for the Supervisor's travel to local or oversea trips
- Makes notes for the Supervisor's instructions and takes the actions in time
- Arranges catering for official meetings
- Organizes the medical check-up with relevant clinics for the Supervisor if needed
- Travels for local or oversea trips together with the Supervisor when required
- Performs any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor degree
• Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in Personal Secretary/ Administrative role
• Good English Communication Skill (Both written and oral)
• Knowledge of usage in Whatapps, Viber, Internet, Email, Microsoft Word/ Excel, etc
• Ability to work under pressure and to handle multi-tasking
• Be able to work outside office hours and during weekends if required
• Must be able to travel together with Supervisor for local and oversea trips on short notice as needed
• Must have good relationship with local authorities
