• System design.

• Unit test and TDD.

• Managing tasks and meeting timeline Selection step includes aptitude test, programming test, language test followed by 2 interviews.

■Job Requirements
• Over 3-5 years of system development experience using HTML,CSS,JavaScript,JQuery,Ajax and Framework as CakePHP or Laravel.
• Senior Developer Exeprience.
• Finish project on time.
• Excellent communication skill and team player.
• Experience in managing a team for Software development project.
• Must have English reading and writing skills.
• Japanese language skill with above N2.
