Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

• Lead banca planning team comprising to banca record, planning, reporting
• To implement projects related to banca sales plan
• To develop/implement the banca channel guideline in order to insure the quality of banca performance
• Supervise requirements planning for department, division, project, or organization
• Coordinate the budget for banca channel activities and events organization
• Participate in sales training, refreshment training for banca salesforce
• Plan recruitment and sales events of the banca channel
• Support and facilitate banca sales activities plan
• Set KPI for banca salesforce
• Gather competitor information and adjust to the current marketing needs

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Management or related discipline.
• 5 years’ experience in life insurance bancassurance planning
• At least 2 years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience (Required)
• Experience in assessment and analytical work will be an added advantage
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Excellent judgment underwriting knowledge, attention to detail & analytical thinking
