- Manage the production and Raw Material usage plan
- Responsible for raw materials and finish product inventories usage.
- Reporting all activities normal or abnormal to Distillery Plant Manager or Assistant Plant
- Manager on a daily basis, using company policy to control plant staffs.
- Manager (Planning) to collaborate with other cross functional section like CFD, Maintenance, Waste Water Treatment for communication.
- Keeping the good work environment and utilization all resource to meet the goal.
- Working for continuous growth management of the organization and personal.
- Monitoring the ISO process for All Department
- Control optimization of energy consumption as well as saving and also persuade all of workers to get involved
- Drive the safety awareness both internal and external
- Looking for the mew technique to improve the process – concise the production lead time, speed the market and quality.
- Improve the communication from one way to two way communication to get the participation from team and reaction
- Day to day weekly, monthly quality check schedule for all raw material, finished goods.
- Planning to production plan weekly basics and 3 month rolling focus.
- Implement & plan all the quality system ISO, GMP, HACCP & other new quality system.
- Maintain good employee morale, happy working place Training & Control.
- Sustain all company SOP & WI and ISO & Other process.
- Raise proactive issues with planning team, Identify practical solutions to complex and diverse operational issues and recommend appropriate action plans.
- Follow up the daily problem and characteristic them and solving
- Organizing the team to drive the target with high productive people
- Improve the communication from one way to two way communication to get the participation from team and reaction.
- Motivation the employee by create the motivation program, such as the recognition and incentive as necessary
- Drive the people to be multiple skill people. Then the flexibility of employee is improved as well

- 5 Year experience in production planning position in the part factory operation.
- Education Degree in Any Graduates (BSC or BA).
- An MBA/DMA will be highly desirable
- Should be proficient in English as the 2nd Language is necessary
- Must be computer literate and familiar with email, Microsoft Word and able to prepare Power Point Presentations.
