Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

- Oversees the supervision of personnel, which includes work allocation, training, promotion, enforcement of internal procedures and controls, and problem resolution.
- Evaluates performance and makes recommendations for personnel actions; motivates employees to achieve peak productivity and performance.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Schedules the playground staff.
- Supervises workload during shifts.
- Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
- Checks cashiers in and out and verifies banks and deposits at the end of each shift.
- Enforces all cash-handling, check-cashing, and credit policies.
- Review playground log book and customer feedback forms on a daily basis.
- Daily incident report to management.
- To be fully aware of all relevant Health and Safety policies and procedures for self, other staff and contractors working in and visiting the playgrounds.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree holder.
- Age 30-45
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the primary language used in the workplace.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience & Manager level experience handling cash, accounting procedures, and general administrative tasks.
- Solid analytical and problem solving skills.
- Strong negotiation and effective interpersonal skills.
- Computer Literate, Microsoft Word and Excel
