This position is concerned with maintaining an effective department as measured by the Balance Scorecard in the four key areas: Customer, People, Quality, Profit. Assist the Director of Business Development to deliver the marketing objectives and activities of the hotel. Implement and monitor brand standards. Support the Area and Regional Business Plans as they relate to the hotel in delivering regional initiatives. Assist the sales teams by producing point of sale tools. Set up and manage own client base of PR and media relevant to the hotel.

Graphic Artist creation
 Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, using correct grammar, spelling and sentence structure.
 Ability to perform critical analysis.
 Ability to manage extensive amounts of information and provides constructive feedback/direction.
 Extensive knowledge of marketing and sales procedures associated with the hotel industry.
 Proficient written skills that properly reflects the Hilton Image.
 Excellent spoken and presentation skills.
 Ability to delegate, manage and organize complex projects and establishes priorities consistent with department/hotel objectives.
 Ability to effectively deal with department heads, customers and team members, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.
 Ability to manage multiple projects, meet and work effectively under time and resource constraints.
 Knowledge of the management of marketing team members, budget, marketing, forecasting, profit/loss ratios, and daily departmental operations.
 Knowledge of the industry, current market trends, and economic factors.
 Ability to manage time, resources, and personnel effectively and productively.
 Ability to persuade, convinces and influence others.
