This position is concerned with
-Maintaining an effective department as measured by the Balance Scorecard in the four key areas: Customer, People, Quality, Profit.
-Assist the Director of Business Development to deliver the marketing objectives and activities of the hotel.
-Implement and monitor brand standards.
-Support the Area and Regional Business Plans as they relate to the hotel in delivering regional initiatives.
- Assist the sales teams by producing point of sale tools. Set up and manage own client base of PR and media relevant to the hotel.

Job Requirements

Graphic Artist creation
 Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, using correct grammar, spelling and sentence structure.
 Ability to perform critical analysis.
 Ability to manage extensive amounts of information and provides constructive feedback/direction.
 Extensive knowledge of marketing and sales procedures associated with the hotel industry.
 Proficient written skills that properly reflects the Hilton Image.
 Excellent spoken and presentation skills.
 Ability to delegate, manage and organize complex projects and establishes priorities consistent with department/hotel objectives.
 Ability to effectively deal with department heads, customers and team members, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy.
 Ability to manage multiple projects, meet and work effectively under time and resource constraints.
 Knowledge of the management of marketing team members, budget, marketing, forecasting, profit/loss ratios, and daily departmental operations.
 Knowledge of the industry, current market trends, and economic factors.
 Ability to manage time, resources, and personnel effectively and productively.
 Ability to persuade, convinces and influence others.
