GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The PR Manager shall be based at the Project Construction Site and act as a single window contact for all the Right of way status, crop/ land compensation assistance to Customers and other resolutions related to construction access way preparation & Power transmission line construction works.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Co-ordinate with Customer, Consultants , Villagers, Landowners, Head Quarters, Project Manager , Construction team , working agency of sub-contractors on day to day basis for (a) Crop Compensation (b) Land Compensation (d) Public relationships (e) Access way clearances (f) Forest Clearance / Tree cutting works (g) Other similar miscellaneous works.
• Documentation – Maintain records of every single settlements and negotiations, Crop compensation calculation forms.
• Prepare monthly/ weekly budget for local payment and maintain accounts of each and every local compensation payments/ settlements.
• Prepare & Circulate MIS reports among Customer, Consultants, HQ, and Project Manager.
• Resolve disputes & hurdles of local villagers by active negotiations and fair resolution.
• Plan for timely resolution of ROW based on Construction priorities / schedule.
• Follow and work according to applicable government rules & regulation related to agricultural / Forest / Military / Labour/ Local Administration department.

Job Requirements

• Any Bachelor Degree
• At least 5 to 10 years relevant experience.
• Strong leadership and people management skills across a wide range of expertise
• Ability to work with foreign partners/joint ventures
• Good level in spoken and written English to deal with Expats
• To work at Project Sites ( Transmission Line Projects )
• Soft Skills- Must possess excellent MS Office (Excel and MS Word) and internet browsing (emails) skills.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Negotiation skills.
