We are currently looking for Pre Sales Engineer. Pre Sales Engineer/The pre-sales solutions engineer role is a key role in supporting the companies' ambitions plans for growth. The primary function of the role is working alongside and supporting the sales team in turning around solution and infrastructure proposals. The proposed solutions require a deep technical understanding across multiple technologies which need to fulfill the client's technical requirements and be commercially aligned. In addition to the above the role will require the continual up-keep of current product knowledge and pricing whilst keeping abreast of the industry looking for emerging trends and best practices.

• Manage and lead all administrative & operational functions of the company with emphasis on the sales team to achieve company’s goals with high standard of professional and compliance excellence.
• Identify and strategies marketing and business development channels.
• Manage, plan and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
• Drive sales targets through consistent work discipline
• Manages team members in the day-to-day performance of work while providing leadership and coaching.
• Develop potential customer relationship, maintain long-term customer relationships and ensure customer retention.
• Ensure fulfillment and profitability of sales team.
• Manage product information and updates.
• Prepare management report for sales, purchase and new products.
• Provides other periodic business and product communication updates as directed.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business/IT or equivalent in experience.
• Minimum 5 years working experience and proven track record in IT Hardware Sales/SERVER AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION ENVIRONMENT.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a team in managing B2B businesses.
• Strong leadership skills and management capabilities.
• Highly driven and self-motivated.
• Must have strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• People management and development experience is a must.
• Able to communicate effectively with vendors & customers from multi-cultural countries.
• Possess high degree of integrity and confidentiality in the course of work with vendors & customers.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sales.
• Initiative and the ability to focus on opportunities and solutions.
• Function as a resourceful and proactive team member.
