Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

Admin
• Assist in daily administrative duties, Paperwork and document control
• Keeping records to maintain inventory control and to assure proper stock levels
• Issue materials according to the requirements
• Arrange for Visa, Ticket, transportation, reservation and booking for accommodation
• Responsible for the all rental payment and arrange payments for bills (electricity, water, phone and service) regularly and on time.
• Handle all the arrangement for Head Office building and all Project Office building maintenance, repairing and renovation works
• Provide additional administrative support for the replenishment team as requested

Procurement
• Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
• Prepare cost analyses
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed
• Tracking orders and ensuring timely delivery
• Receiving the goods from suppliers and check whether they meet the requirement mentioned in the purchase order
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Update internal databases with order details (Tracking sheet)

 Undertake any other duties appropriate to the position as required.

Job Requirements

• Hold a Graduation Diploma / Degree.
• At least 2 years’ working experience in administration with proven knowledge on procurement procedures and processes
• Experience in managing contracts with various vendors and ensuring the SLA is adhered too
• Excellent computer skills
• Good communication skills-Burmese and English (both written and verbal)
• Self-motivated with the ability to meet project deadlines
