Responsibility

• Manage PR/PO process for assigned category with internal SLA
• PR/PO, payment, GRN, shipping documents, shipment tracking & follow up
• Coordinate with respective procurement specialists for PR/PO process
• Policy compliance on day to day activities
• Support PSM with ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

Education & Other Qualification
• University Degree in Business Finance, Commercial, Economics or Technical Discipline.


Experience & Knowledge
• Must have experience of JDE, ERP & SAP system utilization
• Must have adequate knowledge of Procurement, import, shipping and custom clearance
• Should have knowledge in searching and sourcing of international and local supplier
• Should have Dealing & negotiation skill
• Communicate and Negotiate with overseas suppliers for key items imports about import license, Letter of Credit, Shipping Terms and conditions.
• Preferably with the background of spare parts, construction, direct & indirect material, marketing and general procurement related services/products purchasing

Language
• 4 skills English & Burmese
