Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Participate to manage and develop the HEINEKEN Myanmar Limited Procurement Team. Support to Procurement Department ensuring security in supply of materials and services. Ensure compliance with the standard process, procedures governance and internal controls as well. Support to deliver competitive advantage of HEINEKEN Myanmar from group and local deals, through the optimum use of the Global Procurement Toolbox.

• Manage Consumables, Capex, Spares, Logistic and DBS PR and issue PO with internal SLA
• Review requisitions for completeness and accuracy; follow up on discrepancies with the initiating department and identify available suppliers for each requisitioned item.
• Ensure local team activities are in accordance with the Global & Regional Category Strategy
• Ensure smooth P2P process and policy compliance across the appointed categories
• Shipment & Payment tracking and follow up
• Contract Management, delivery expediting & tracking
• Support PSM with ad hoc tasks

Job Requirements

• University Degree in Business Finance, Commercial, Economics or Technical Discipline.
• Procurement qualification preferred but not mandatory
• Knowledge in Export and Import Shipping Transaction
• Preferably with the background of spare part and civil work related services/products purchasing
• Must have experience of JDE, ERP & SAP system utilization
• Should have knowledge in searching and sourcing of international and local supplier
• Dealing & negotiation skill
• Communicate and Negotiate with overseas suppliers for key items imports about import license, Letter of Credit, Shipping Terms and conditions.
• Strong knowledge in International Market of Industrial Product, Construction Material, Chemical Product, Machinery and Spare Parts, or any other.
• Burmese/Myanmar Language and English
