About the Job: The Procurement and Admin Officer is responsible mainly for cost-effective procuring high-quality supplies within Myanmar for DKT Myanmar's business needs. The successful candidate will also responsible for managing internal procurement processes, reflecting incoming purchasing and supplies. The office facilities will also be a part of the main duties, including the maintenance of office building, equipment, supplies, utilities, billing, etc.

▪︎ Sourcing and selecting the suppliers in accordance with company requirements
▪︎ Reviewing and analyzing all vendors/suppliers, supply and price options
▪︎ Negotiating contract terms, including payment and pricing
▪︎ Tracking order process and ensuring delivery in time
▪︎ Maintaining updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices and supplier list
▪︎ Manage contract and price negotiations for office leasing
▪︎ Manage office utilities and supplies and also Billings including electricity, internet and etc.
▪︎ Ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of Office Building and Campus
▪︎ Coordinating with Finance and IT for asset management and office equipment maintenance
▪︎ Performing other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

Job Requirements

▪︎ University Degree in any disciplines
▪︎ Minimum 3-4 years' experience in related fields
▪︎ Good interpersonal skill, negotiation and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
▪︎ Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
▪︎ A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
▪︎ Good command of writing and speaking in both English and Myanmar Languages
▪︎ Ability to use standard software (e.g Microsoft Office)
▪︎ Interest in Sexual Health is an asset
