• To manage and respond all shipping technical support to management and other related divisions.
• To ensure all controls, policies and procedures (Import duty, Tax, Supplier evaluation, contract, Handling of Payments, Domestic and International Logistics etc) are followed.
• To organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with company requirements.
• To monitor spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets.
• To respond efficient levels of stocks being maintained and no overstocking.
• To oversee management of items while in stock to protect against damage, theft, losses, etc
• To verify all payment processes of operational Department.
• To respond of direct investigations to verify and resolve shipper complaints.
• To manage and organize international transportation planning.
• To perform other relevant tasks as required by Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or others related field.
• At least (5) years experience in procurement & logistic field.
• Experience in import & logistic activities.
• Interpersonal skill.
• Knowledge in International trade/ transportation/ Customs.
• Good of analytical, organization and communication skills.
• Fluent English for both skills writing and speaking.
