Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

- Dealing with Vendors for payment purpose
- Receiving Invoice from vendors
- Matching Invoice with PO, Contract, GRN and Service Acceptance (Contract Abstract will be provided, if necessary need to check Contract)
- Dealing with internal stakeholder as necessary
- Preparing payment request form and get the signature from procurement HOD, Business owner HOD,CFO, CEO
- Open bill transaction in system
- Upload all relative documents in the system
- Others as required

Job Requirements

- English Skill - Intermediate/Pre-Intermediate level (To understand the contract)
- Advance Excel (Compulsory)
- Accounting knowledge
- Experience using System (training will be provided)
- Telecom background is preferable
