An Exciting Opportunity for ...

We are urgently looking for talented candidate who is well understanding of IT materials purchasing.

- Make a plan for ordering process (e.g., order in which time/ receive in which time).
- Take responsibility start from issue Purchase Order and finalize receiving
- Creates purchase orders, ensuring relevant procurement procedures have been applied and all supporting documentation is attached.
- Apply the remittance process to Finance and supply the require documents in time.
- Check quality and quantity of goods which purchased form supplier and track to timely arrive

Job Requirements

- Any graduate ( preferable in IT degree holder)
- Fluent in English both written & spoken
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
