• Being able to get the best price and quality for purchase of good & services
• Making sure all procurement are in line with the set budget
• Good coordination with the procurement committee
• Capable of working together with different departments
• Tight control on inventory for all stocks & fixed assets
• Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
• Reporting to CFO with timely and accurate financial information
• Other ad-hoc matters
