• Strategizing to find cost-effective deals and suppliers for all requirements for project and Tender Process.• Setup the Procurement Manual and policy to improve the international standard. • Negotiate with local and oversea vendors to secure the most advantageous terms.• Evaluate proposal and recommend and choose the supplier based on all critical. • Conducts supplier analysis, evaluates potential suppliers, and manages the overall supplier qualification process, develops and create procurement and sourcing plans, requests for proposal, and other sourcing documents, evaluates and recommends purchasing and sourcing decision to management. • Track key functional metrics to reduce expense and improve effectiveness. • Manage and evaluate the many pros and corns of each, based on price, quality, speed of delivery and other factors. • Manage the materials delivery process to be in time. • Workings with suppliers and internal employees to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively.• Ensure the necessary documentation ie. Import License, MIC etc. • Handle for the custom clearance for every incoming shipment from oversea and have prepared to deliver the final destination. • Discover the most profitable suppliers and initiate business partnerships.• Communicate with all local and oversea supplier for e-bidding and tendering. • Check and report materials and Machinery update monthly price comparison.• Check and manage of the Job and Payment procedure.• Prepare and Manage new project survey and monthly purchase report to CEO.• Contract management and negotiation.• Understanding and keeping up with new trends and regulations in the business.• Coaching and counseling to local team members. • Dealing with international suppliers.• Maintain the document and recorded by correspondence. • Prepare the monthly and weekly report and reporting to management in time. • Coordination work with regional managers for cost-effectiveness, to be in time, materials supporting. • Performing any other ancillary and other duties that may be reasonably assigned by the company’s Senior Management, as and when required.
