They constantly monitor what the company purchases, delivers and spends to determine if goods are defective or not meeting performance demands. They also hire new buyers and purchasing agents and provide product-specific training to prepare new employees for their roles. Being confident and a good negotiator is important for this career to be able to get desirable terms for contracts. Being able to do basic math, analyze information and make quick decisions is helpful for choosing suppliers, managing costs and choosing quality merchandise.Validate stakeholder business needs, compile and source market information, and assist in analyzing markets and assessing risk to inform procurement planning and sourcing decisions
Implement and contribute to the development of contract management plans, resolve issues, monitor performance and negotiate contract variations through effective supplier relationships to enhance business outcomes
Provide advice, information and guidance on procurement related matters to staff across the agency to provide governance and support good practice in procurement
Identify, mitigate and escalate procurement risks to enable the organization to meet its obligations
Maintain and update procurement records and generate reports on procurement and contract activity to meet organizational compliance requirements and provide access to procurement information

Minimum 4yrs of experiences in related field.
Bachelor degree in supply chain management, logistics or business administration
Knowledge of commercial negotiation
Ability to influence with interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills.
English skill is necessary.
