• Manage effective supplier relationship with key suppliers to identify business improvement opportunities and cost savings.
• Research potential vendors
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
• Conduct market research to identify pricing trends
• Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
• Prepare cost analyses
• Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
• Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders
• Check WH Inventory list weekly
• Purchase materials as per BOQ in Local & Oversea
• Negotiate prices, Terms & Conditions with supplier
• Check Shipping document, HS code in order to share logistics agency.
• Arrange truck and inform WH for each cargo arrival
• Prepare PO Tracker, Logistics tracker, custom clearance tracker to submit to upper management Level.
• Delivery note of materials as per site delivery
• Arrange truck for material transportation and check quantity of each item at WH before delivery.
• Controlling the detail delivery process from the port to WH and to the final destination to sites.
• Overseeing product storage, handling and distribution
• Working with Finance team on keeping the correct accounts for company and the PO Process as well as payment terms.
• Making the comparison sheet with format to select all vendors by CEO.
• Coordinating and monitoring with custom clearance team.
• Overall procurement plan
• Other tasks as managed by Procurement / Logistic Manager

• Bachelor of Engineering/ Any Bachelor Degree
• 5 years of experience in Procurement and Logistic
• Applicant should have good English Communication
• Experience in Contract management
• Strong in negotiation, supplier relationship & problem-solving skills
• Ability to plan & communicate effectively with all level
