• Raise quotation requests (RFQ), (RFI), (RFP) to source and evaluate vendor offers in terms of quality, cost and delivery
• Conduct supplier analysis based on price/quality positioning
• Keep the budget and control the cost savings for tender and project
• Promote supplier relationship management and actively engage with key suppliers to address issues
• Conduct supplier training and manage communication with suppliers.
• Troubleshoot any problems in supplier supplies
• Cooperate and follow up monthly Procurement Plan
• Liaise extensively and support GM, Commercial team to get competitive pricing during bidding stage for tenders
• Identify potential opportunities to further develop collaboration and deliver continuous improvement of supplier performance (e.g. Costs, Service and Quality)
• Cooperate and follow up monthly Procurement Plan
• Maintain and handle the budget, Cost and Quality of the products during project is on working according with Procurement Policy and Process Manual
• Set up and maintain RJE Vendor Database to be used as a source of vendor information
• Elaborate and implement cost saving and reduction strategies
• Train team on effective procurement processes and strategy.
• Report to senior management for ongoing project status, monthly team report & supplier performance review.
• Attend the weekly project meeting with clients and Internal project meeting.

• Any bachelor’s degree (prefers BE (EP) / AGTI (EP)
• 5 years working experience in similar role
• Effective communication in English (verbal & written)
