Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

 Develops strategic sourcing strategies with business leaders for specific categories being purchased using focused industry analysis, criticality analysis, business knowledge, competitive analysis, and sourcing expertise.
 Develop an efficient and transparent procurement process (P2P) of assets for Yoma Financial Services.
 Coordinates external research and provides assessment of category supply market conditions.
 Produces and delivers content-rich category plans (including market analysis and external competitor analysis).
 Set, track and maintain budget annually and reforecast the procurement plan on quarterly basis.
 Maintain PO register and estimated delivery and payment report to Operation and Finance.
 Identifies, researches, and prioritizes possible sourcing opportunities through internal spend analysis, knowledge of business unit, potential savings, and/or urgency of business need.
 Identifies new purchasing opportunities and savings strategies through spend concentration analysis, and then ensures sourcing meets its committed savings objectives with support from each business unit.
 Renegotiation of terms and conditions from existing supply chain and recommend alternative suppliers when required.
 Develops and maintains contracts with favourable terms and conditions. Updates contract language to comply with regulations, company policy changes, etc.
 Develops networking with suppliers locally and globally to leverage collective spend for deeper volume-based discount and increased value incentives from major suppliers.
 Obtain and maintain fleet pricing quarterly in advance in USD.
 Supply the Head of Sales and Marketing with monthly advice of dealer stock availability to ensure the sales team are constantly aware of off the shelf inventory
 Raise, get approval and issue purchase orders with favourable terms and conditions adjusted as required.
 Manage the RTA registration process to minimize delivery leads times on all road vehicles
 Manage the importation of all equipment using importers and clearance agents ensuring compliance with all regulations and procedures.
 Oversee GPS and kill switch fitment on all new vehicles and equipment
 Set and maintain standardized identification protocols for vehicle and equipment nomenclatures in the ERP system that are also intuitive
 Collaborate productively with other department heads to provide an efficient and transparent procurement process of assets for Yoma Financial Services.
 Take responsibility of audit and compliance requirements ensuring key controls are adhered to and procurement policies and procedures are updated.

Job Requirements

 Minimum 5 years of working experience in related filed with proven record that demonstrated strong leadership and management competencies, including integrity, accountability and communication skills.
 Bachelor’s degree with Certificate or Diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain or business administration
 In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing and strong negotiation skills
 Multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
 Have an ability to handle pressure and critical decision-making with an overarching commitment to profitable procurement practices and asset protection
 Be commercially astute, articulate, technically strong, insightful and an influential leader with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
 Possess a Myanmar driver’s license and be able to drive
 Fluent communication skills with both written and verbal in English and Burmese
 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
