- Design and manage sourcing and purchasing strategies.
- Negotiate with vendors/suppliers to ensure the consistency, reliability, quality and competitive price of supplies.
- Implement agreed solutions from cost-effectiveness strategies.
- Review existing vendors/suppliers & find new vendors/suppliers regular basic.
- To get at least 1 alternative supplier for main materials purchase.
- Ensure that contract specifications conform to pricing models and fit within the company’s best interest.
- Track and analyze company spending trends on a monthly basis.
- Manage the system, training & development of the purchasing team.
- Hold weekly meetings to inform the purchasing team of new project specifications.
- Monitor and maintain records for goods ordered & received.
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
- To control & reduce the out of stock situation for all purchase materials.

Job Requirements

- 5 years of experience in Purchasing Management, or other experience that requires high negotiation & management skill.
- Superb communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of methods for budgeting, managing inventory, and vendor management.
- General knowledge of finance.
- Good verbal and written communication in English language.
- Any graduated. (Prefer degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or relevant fields).
