Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

Internal/External Interactions:

- Purchase material for inventory and non-stock items for branches and customer orders
-Review purchase orders and taxing and/or EDI over to vendors
-Monitor to make sure fax and/or EDI’s went through and confirm expected ship dates and updating system
-Resolve errors on purchase orders as required
-Investigating and determining what /how/why material came in incorrectly or damaged (for non conformances)
-Review open purchase orders not printed
-Fill purchase orders
-Assist with cycle counts
-Review reports for stock outs and expediting open orders
-Monitor price increase and communicating changes as necessary
-Assist with stock rotations as needed
-Review line points/order points for inventory stock levels
-Other duties as assigned

- Logistics Management

-Sales Support

Job Requirements

Requirement

• Any graduate and other relative holder are preferred
• At least 3 years’ experience in purchasing, sales or operations roles.
• Ensuring reliability of sources with regards to quality, costs, quantities and conformity of purchased materials and services.
• Ensuring timely delivery of purchased materials and services (including liaising with forwarders for smooth deliveries).
• Excellent communication Skill in English (Immediate Level)
• Excellent skill in MS word, excel & PowerPoint.
