- Direct procurement policies to ensure all items are purchased and delivered within budget and time constraints
- All custom and import related coordination with Supplier & Agents.
-Plan and develop systems and procedures to improve the systems
- Negotiate with the suppliers for the best quality, price, require quantity and lead time.
- Adjust MOQ and Lead time depend on balance stock situation

-Work with relevant departments to manage inventory requirements, facilitate timely placement of purchase orders.
- Preparing dashboards and MIS for Purchase / Import related initiatives, processes etc.
-Direct continuous improvement of purchasing processes in line with changing organizational needs and market conditions.
- Preparing Contracts, Service Orders, Purchase Orders, Rate Contract document etc.

Job Requirements

• Any graduate & prefer with related certificate or diploma
• Minimum 3 years of related experience
• Possesses good planning, organizing, directing and controlling skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Computer literate
• Comprehensive skills in English speaking and writing (is preferred)
• Good knowledge of food safety and quality management system (is preferred)
