An Exciting Opportunity for ...

• Maintains procurement records for items or services purchased, costs, delivery, product quality or performance, and inventories;
• Compiles data for internal reports;
• Participates in efforts to realize financial benefits of increased productivity and reduced cycle times through process improvement initiatives, including the automation of routine processes;
• Creates and processes purchase orders for all order types through validated receipt/delivery and resolves order issues;
• Manages critical business relationships with vendors, as well as internal business line partners;

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Three or more years of experience in procurement activities
• One or more years of experience in telecommunications
• Good language skills in Chinese and English
• Basic understanding of data warehousing and IT asset management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
